Almost any solid flooring can be sanded down to bear wood. This process allows old floors to become “new” again. Many scratches and stains on the floors can be taken off and repaired. Even newly installed floors will need an initial sanding to smooth and flatten the floor, providing a clean and even finish.

This allows the job to be cleaner than systems years ago, causing fewer worries of messes and extra cleaning of the house being sanded. In some cases, we also use the latest technology in barriers and plastics to help contain any dust that escapes the vacuum system.
